G'day! Welcome to Wallaby Whisk!

I'm an Aussie who now calls Gilbert, Arizona, home. Although I've traded the Australian landscape for the Arizona desert, my love of baking has come along for the journey!

Baking has always been something I've enjoyed, and Wallaby Whisk is my way of sharing that passion with my local community. There's something special about taking simple ingredients and turning them into delicious homemade treats that bring a little joy to someone's day.

At Wallaby Whisk, I focus on small-batch baking, from thick, chocolate-loaded cookies and rich, fudgy brownies to jumbo crumble-topped muffins and delicate little sweet treats. Everything is made with care, a generous helping of flavour, and just a touch of Aussie charm.
